Our Consumer Protection $ Social Performance team has a mandate to protect the interest of customers, resolve complaints effectively and ensure that the bank provides quality service that is responsibly targeted at meeting the peculiar needs of clients. “We respect our customers and it is our commitment to treat every customers and it is our commitment to treat every customer with dignity”.

SOCIAL PERFORMANCE STRATEGY

Our Social Performance Strategy is aimed at achieving our social mission. We are committed to improving strategies, governance, our operations and employee treatment to benefit the client. We are focused on responsibly serving the poor, enabling them improve their living conditions and progress socially.

This we have done by products improvement, as well as organizing Group Dynamics/Management training for clients who are group leaders in various cooperatives. At these capacity building events, the bank reiterates its commitment to driving financial inclusion through Responsible Inclusive Finance that benefits the customers.

Our employees are therefore charged to be customer-focused in all their dealings and know that the customer, in line with best principles of marketing and corporate relationship, is king.
