
Prince Olorungbemiga Tiyamiyu, MBA
Prince Olorungbemiga Tiyamiyu is the Chairman, Board of Directors of HASAL Microfinance Bank Limited.
He spent over 35 years working for the government where he served as Deputy Secretary in Foreign Exchange, Anti-Sabotage Tribunal, Miscellaneous Offenses Tribunal and Currency Counterfeit Tribunal.
He also served as Director; Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), and as Head of Capital Budget Division in Ministry of Water Resources.
He started his professional career with the Federal Civil Service in Federal Ministry of Establishments & Management Matters, responsible for the management and consultation of the division.
He has an MBA from University of Delft Netherlands.
Rogers A.I Nwoke, FCA; MCIB; HCIB; MBA
Rogers A.I Nwoke is the founding Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of HASAL Microfinance Bank Limited. He brings along over 2 decades of experience of banking career, covering Investment banking, retail banking and Microfinance.
As a banker and entrepreneuer, Rogers understands the benefits of a thriving private sector to economic development. Little wonder he left a prominent position in commercial banking to establish HASAL Microfinance Bank in 2008.
Mr. Nwoke is an Alumnus of the Harvard Business School Accion Program in Strategic Leadership for Microfinance. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Honorary Senior Member (HCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
Mr. Nwoke is also an International Certified Expert (ICME) of microfinance and International Certified SME Finance Expert (ICSME) from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Germany.
He has an MBA from Warwick Business School England, where his research interest focused on Microfinance and Entrepreneurship Development.

Mr Dagogo Emman Iyeimo, FCA; FCS; MCIB; MSC
Dagogo Emman Iyeimo is a thoroughbred Capital Market Professional with over 15 years experience. He is an Authorized Dealing Clerk on the Floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
He worked in Central Securities Clearing System Ltd (CSCS) where he acquired uncommon skills in the Clearing, Settlement and Delivery processes.
Dagogo has an MSC in Economics from University of Manchester United Kingdom.
He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) and a Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB).

Mrs. Juliana Ngozi Achunine
Mrs. Juliana Achunine retired from the Federal Civil Service with over 31 years experience.
She served as the Deputy Director in the Ministry of Health and Aviation respectively where she led the reformation and repositioning of the ministry in its bid to protect the interest of Nigerians.
Mrs. Achunine attended numerous local and internatonal courses sponsored by the Federal Government. She also travelled the world as a member of the Rotary Club of Nigeria International and was a past President of the Rotary Club of Asokoro District 9130 Nigeria.

Prof. Mrs. Ndi Okereke-Onyiuke, OON, FCS, DBA
Prof. Ndi Okereke-Onyiuke is an acclaimed financial expert with several years of capital market experience having led Nigeria Stock Exchange as the Director General until 2010.
Prof. Ndi Okereke-Onyiuke is a fellow of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and USA Market Research Institute. She belongs to many Professional Institutions which includes: African Stock Exchange Association (ASEA), World Federation of Exchanges (WFE), Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce, Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce and Nigerian-South Africa Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Henry Imoh Akpan
Henry Imoh Akpan has over 8 years working experience both on Investment and Banking Industry in different capacities such as Business Development, Strategist, and Training Manager.
Henry is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and holds a Bachelors of Engineering (B.Eng) in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology MINNA, Niger State.
He is a Certified Project Manager with proficiency in Project Management and also a Certified Economist from the Institute of Certified Economists of Nigeria.

Mr. Benjamin Okorie-Agidi (FCCA, FCA)
Benjamin Okorie-Agidi is a Non-Executive Director in HASAL Microfinace Bank and serves as the Chairman, Board Audit Committee.
He is a highly motivated finance professional with robust track record of success in escalating positions with vast experience in negotiation, finance, risk, and project management.
He provides unique insight to business opportunities with uncanny ability to evaluate risk and potential rewards.
He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants – ACCA.
He has an MS from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland.
