Mrs. Nwanna Amerlia Joel-Ezeugo is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of HASAL Microfinance Bank Limited. She brings along over 30 years of experience of banking career, covering Retail Banking and Microfinance.
As a Banker, Mrs. Joel-Ezeugo is a highly proficient Senior Banker and Investment professional with a wide range of experience in Audit, Internal Control, Operations, Treasury Management, Marketing, Financial Control and Strategic Planning, Risk and Enterprise Management as well as Business and Product Development. She has demonstrated enormous capacity in working in organizations where integrity, ethics and hard work is adequately appreciated and rewarded.
As an outstanding key player in the various strata of banking and entrepreneurship, she has a very clear understanding of the roles of an Executive Management in resource galvanization and has shown strong leadership skills needed in guiding a performing team to meet strategic goals of organizations with satisfactory returns and rewarding relationships with all Stakeholders.
An astute Banker and A Chartered Accountant with a result-driven attitude, Mrs. Joel-Ezeugo has demonstrated ability to plan, develop and manage huge Loan Portfolios with a keen focus on maximizing gains while maintaining appropriate risk tolerance levels.
Mrs. Nwanna Amerlia Joel-Ezeugo is an Alumnus of the prestigious Harvard Business School, Lagos Business School and the ACCION ILO/ITC Programs. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and a certified Strategic Management from Boulder Microfinance Institute.
She is an awardee of the Great Place to Work (2019).
Joyce Rogers-Nwoke; MCIB, MBA
Joyce is an Alumnus of the Harvard Business School Accion Program in Strategic Leadership for Microfinance and Frankfurt School of Finance & Management Germany.
Joyce Rogers-Nwoke is a seasoned banker with more than 17 years’ experience in Business Development, Credit Administration, Banking Operations and Information, Communication Technology (ICT).
Joyce joined HASAL Microfinance Bank in 2008 and has been a pioneer in driving innovative microfinance delivery and financial inclusion within the bank.
She is a Certified Microfinance Trainer of the UNDP MFToT8 and Certified Microfinance Practitioner by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
She has attended various trainings in institutions like the Boulder Institute of Microfinance Italy, School of African Microfinance Kenya, and Bankers Institute of Rural Development India.
She has a background in Economics and an MBA from Strathclyde Business School, Scotland.
Chinenye Alaribe, ACA; MCIB
Chinenye Alaribe is a Certified Microfinance Practitioner, Business Consultant and Chartered Accountant with over 18 years Financial Services experience covering Wholesale and Retail Banking, Pension Administration and Capital Markets Operations.
Before joining HASAL Microfinance Bank Ltd, he worked with Associated Discount House Limited (now Coronation Merchant Bank Ltd) where he gained experience in customer relations and operations, and Oak Pensions Limited where he was among those who pioneered the company’s start-up in 2006 as Assistant Regional Head for the North. He also had a stint at The Nigerian Stock Exchange, where he was involved in packaging Mega listings on the floor of the Exchange.
He is a Start-up Expert who has been involved directly in the start-up and nurturing of four thriving institutions including HASAL Microfinance Bank Limited.
He has attended both local and international courses at reputable training institutions such as Fitch Learning (USA), Philips Consulting (Lagos), FITC (Lagos), Lagos Business School (Lagos), to mention a few.
Muhammed Abubakar, MCIB, MBA
Muhammed Abubakar has over 9 years of banking experience covering Microcredit and Microfinance banking in major Nigeria Financial Institutions before joining HASAL Microfinance Bank Limited.
Mr. Abubakar is a Certified Microfinance Practitioner by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
He has attended several professional courses covering Frontline leadership, Lending in an Uncertain Economy, Loan portfolio Development, Credit Portfolio Management, and Customer Service Excellence.
He holds a bachelor and Masters Degree in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria.

Salami Momoh Saliu, MCIB; FCE; MBA,
Salami Momoh Saliu has over 20 years of professional experience from major financial institutions in Nigeria.
He is a certified Microfinance Practitioner by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and a fellow of Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria (ICEN).
Salami has attended trainings on programs such as Fraud Prevention, Detection & Control and Effective Internal Control System as a prelude to fraud prevention.
He holds a Masters in Business Administration (Accounting).
John Ologun, MCIB
John has 10 years professional experience from both the commerical banking and microfinance sector.
He is a certified Microfinance Practitioner by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN)and also a Certified Microfinance Trainer of the UNDP MFToT8.
John possess a Post-graduate Diploma in Planning & Administration.

Fidelis Okey Nnamani
Fidelis Nnamani is a member of the Chartered Institute of Global Communication and Diplomacy and also a product of the prestigious Police Staff College, Jos, and Spanish Institute of Police and Civil Guards among others.
He is a former Police Officer with over thirty years in the service. He held several strategic positions while in the force such as the Divisional Officer, Ishieke Police Station in Ebonyi State.
Until his retirement from the Nigeria Police Force, Mr. Nnamani was a staff officer and Head of Administration, &Monitoring Unit in the office of the Inspector General of Police, Force Headquarters, Abuja.

Adedapo A. Adebimpe, CMCA, MCIB
Adedapo Adebimpe has over 9 years’ experience in the microfinance sub-sector.
He is a Certified Microfinance banker by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He is also a Certified MicroCredit Administrator by International Institute of MicroCredit Administration (IIMCA).
He joined HASAL MFB in 2012 and has played significant roles in driving the banks IT infrastructure.

Mercy Okenwa, MCIB
Mercy Okenwa is an alumnus of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and has over 9 years work experience in the financial services industry. She is a Certified Microfinance Practitioner by the Chartered Institute of Bankers Nigeria (CIBN).
Mercy has functioned at various times as Relationship Manager, Regional Manager and Group Head Retail in microfinance banking.
She joined HASAL Microfinance bank in March 2016 and is currently the Zonal Manager, East Zone supervising SME and Micro-businesses in 6 branches.
