    Credit Risk Management

    Job Description

    The Credit Risk Analyst supports the head of CRM in servicing and closing of all loans, providing a high level of customer relations and service and is fully knowledgeable and skilled in all areas of servicing loans.

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Confirmation that all credit facility requests are accompanied by relevant supporting documents to ensure informed decision making
  • Responsible for gathering and analyzing credit information on current and potential borrowers
  • Determines the advisability of granting credit for diversified types of loans
  • Assists loan officers in writing loan requests
  • Recommend appropriate structure for credit facilities to ensure that the risk of credit loss is properly mitigated including credit terms, security and repayment terms.

    Customer Service

    Job Description

    The CSO maintains daily interface with customers, attending to customer’ requests and ensures good customer relations by efficient and effective customer service officers. Monitors effective Customer accounts management and provide adequate operational support to the customer care team and branches.

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Attending to customer requests (requests for cheque books, account enquiries, acc. statements etc.
  • Identification and reversals of transaction processing error (next day reversals).

    Loan Monitoring

    Job Description

    Responsible for implementing all consumer and business loan applications, aids the unit head in servicing and closing of all loans.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Generating loan documentation for all types of loans(SME, MICRO & Others loans).
  • Processes consumer, commercial and micro loan payments and advances on lines of credit.
  • Prepares overdraft protection line documents.
  • Boards loans on the Bank's mainframe computer system.
